Reformed, young ganja peddlers leave streets to start life afresh

CHENNAI: Until recently, twenty-year-old Kalaiselvan* was stopped by police every time he roamed the city streets late in the night. Everything new about him, say a new haircut or ear piercings, was seen with suspicion, given his history of peddling ganja through his teens.
