‘Chitta’ makes inroads in hash-tag Himachal

SHIMLA: Already plagued with illegal cultivation of charas in its highlands, Himachal Pradesh today it is also trying hard to keep the younger generation away from the deadly trap of lowgrade heroin, popularly known as “Chitta”, and other forms of synthetic drugs.
